Required Experience and Education:  Five to ten years of experience providing facilitation or training to medium size groups.  Must have direct management experience in supporting management operations and achieving organizational goals.  Experience will include planning, conducting, and reporting the results of facilitation or training sessions.  Must possess substantial experience leading sessions addressing complex, sensitive or other issues, as well as dealing with senior level groups.  Master's Degree or equivalent training and experience.

Position Description:  Teaches courses in one or more subjects in commercial, governmental, industrial or service establishments. Prepares instructional program in accordance with training or other course requirements, assembling materials to be presented. Instructs or facilitates students in the theoretical and practical aspects covering the subjects being taught. Utilizes such teaching methods as individual coaching, group discussions, lectures, demonstrations, seminars, and workshops. Selects or develops teaching aids such as wall charts, prepared notes, tape recordings, radio, television, films, film strips, and training handbooks.  Supervises practical work carried out by students, and assists them at points of difficulty. Tests students to evaluate their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of instruction. Compiles assessment report regarding each student.

Position Description:  Produces a variety of standard documents, such as correspondence, form letters, reports, tables and other printed materials. Work requires skill in typing; a knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling; and ability to use reference guides and equipment manuals. Performs familiar, routine assignments following standard procedures. Seeks further instructions for assignments requiring deviations from established procedures.

Required Experience and Education:  Three to five years clerical experience in a technical or Word Processing environment.  Minimum three years experience with a word processing software program.  High School Diploma or equivalent.

Position Description:  Uses knowledge of varied and advanced functions of one or more types of software, or a knowledge of specialized or technical terminology to perform such typical duties as editing and reformatting written or electronic drafts.  Work may require knowledge of specialized, technical, or scientific terminology. Work requires familiarity with office terminology and practices; incumbent corrects copy and questions originator of document concerning missing information, improper formatting, or discrepancies in instructions. May lead lower level word processors.

Position Description:  Requires both a comprehensive knowledge of word processing software applications and office practices and a high degree of skill in applying software functions to prepare complex and detailed documents. For example, processes complex and lengthy technical reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns. Uses either different word processing packages or many different style macros or special command functions. Independently completes assignments and resolves problems.  May direct activities of lower level word processors.
